By accessing or participating in the Project, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Project Overview – Tecnóloga is a project dedicated to educating women in the field of Information Technology (IT) with the primary objective of enhancing their economic and social circumstances through increased job and educational opportunities. Participant Eligibility – To participate in Tecnóloga, individuals must identify as women (legally) and have a genuine interest in pursuing education and career opportunities in the IT sector. Registration – Participants are required to complete the registration process accurately and provide truthful information. Any false information may result in disqualification from the Project. Educational Program 1. The Project will provide educational resources, training materials and support to help participants develop IT-related skills at no cost, but you must participate in a professional internship with any of our partners to support the Project. 2. Participants are expected to actively engage in the educational program and complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines. Job Placement Assistance 1. The Project may offer job placement assistance, including, but not limited to resume building, interview preparation, and networking opportunities with any of our partners after completing a professional internship. 2. Job placement is not guaranteed, and participants acknowledge that it depends on external factors such as market demand and individual qualifications. Intellectual Property – Participants will assign the intellectual property rights of any original work created during the Project to Tecnóloga. They grant to Tecnóloga an exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and distribute the work for promotional and commercial purposes related to the project. Confidentiality – Participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the Project, including but not limited to personal stories and experiences of fellow participants. Code of Conduct – Participants are required to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Any violations may result in immediate termination from the Project. Modification of Terms – Tecnóloga reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated Terms. Termination – The Project organizers reserve the right to terminate a participant’s involvement in the Project for violations of these Terms or disruptive behavior. Disclaimer – Tecnóloga organizers make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of the educational program or job placement assistance. Participants acknowledge that individual success is contingent on various factors beyond the control of the Project. Governing Law – These Terms and Tecnóloga are governed by the laws of the United States of Mexico. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Project will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of Mexico.
